This fall, I’ll attempt to set the Fastest Known Time (FKT) on a 265-mile route spanning Oklahoma from the Red River at the state’s southern border to Kansas at the northern border. Every mile I run will represent the resilience and hope of children affected by addiction in their families. I’m taking on this challenge to raise $20,000 for Peaceful Family Oklahoma, whose trauma-informed, evidence-informed programs help children build confidence, develop healthy coping skills, and discover that their circumstances do not define their future.
One in four children has addiction as a part of their family’s story, making them eight times more likely to experience addiction themselves. Every donation helps Peaceful Family Oklahoma continue providing these life-changing services at no cost to families.
Whether you donate, share this page, or follow the journey, you’re helping prove that every mile truly matters.
